We currently have an opening for a Commercial Relationship Manager. This is a full-time/exempt position.
The incumbent will be responsible for originating, servicing, and collecting loans and meeting customer needs within the guidelines or bank policies.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of related banking experience in general operations, lending and regulatory compliance are required. Must have credit analysis training in order to perform complex credit and financial analysis to support loan decisions.

Judgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions.
Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
Good understanding of credit analysis, cash flows, negotiating terms and collateral analysis
Good mathematical and computer skills.
