We currently have an opening for a Commercial Relationship Manager. This is a full-time/exempt position.


The incumbent will be responsible for originating, servicing, and collecting loans and meeting customer needs within the guidelines or bank policies.


  • Education: Related college degree or successful completion of banking courses is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of related banking experience in general operations, lending and regulatory compliance are required. Must have credit analysis training in order to perform complex credit and financial analysis to support loan decisions.

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Analytical—the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.

    • Problem-solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

    • Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and participates in meetings.

    • Leadership—the individual inspires and motivates others to perform well, accepts feedback from others.

    • Judgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions.

    • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.

    • Good understanding of credit analysis, cash flows, negotiating terms and collateral analysis

    • Good mathematical and computer skills.

    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
