Under general direction, provide clerical, administrative, and loan documentation support in the Loan Operations area. Provide a high quality customer service to all lending and depository customers. Incumbent is responsible for a variety of complex lending transitions and various customer relationships.


  • Review real estate loans for compliance and federal regulations and adherence to bank lending policy.
  • Review closing disclosures and closing statements for compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinates loan documentation with various parties including title companies, attorneys, and appraisers to assist with loan closings.
  • Prepare Loan Estimates and initial disclosures for consumer transactions
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures for consumer transactions
  • Order flood determinations
  • Complete the HMDA worksheet when needed
  • Provide appropriate assistance to loan customers both in person and over the phone
  • Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and security of customers and bank assets. This includes, but is not limited to; legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with RESPA, etc
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school graduate or equivalent education certificate (GED)
  • Some college course work preferred
  • Previous loan experience required
  • Must have good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated with a cooperative attitude
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
