This position is responsible for a variety of graphic design, print and execution tasks ranging from design inception to layout, editing, copywriting and quality control through production and distribution.
Demonstrate strong communications skills and a commitment to the bank’s corporate branding including but not limited to supporting all the graphics needs of bank branches and departments, creation of monthly employee newsletter, bank ads and collateral materials and development of sales campaigns and corresponding creative
Coordinate, execute and oversee all internal and external marketing and collateral project designs under the direction of the Marketing Director in an accurate and timely manner, while understanding the business objectives and requirements of the job
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the marketing materials for the bank, while meeting deadlines and budgetary requirementsDesign, layout, and reformat graphic files to print specifications while considering print limitations and regulatory guidelines
Support internal communication projects
Act as a functional area expert in corporate branding
Inspect concepts, layouts, designs and other advertising materials, for adherence to the bank’s marketing guidelines and objectives
Work as an effective team member with outside media outlets, vendors, marketing staff and internal clients to discuss and determine final product
Compress and optimize images, proof copy, pre-flight files prior to going to press, and perform press checks, as needed
Perform all other related duties as assigned
