Overview

This Administrative Support position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to various functions within the assigned department.  This is a part-time/temporary position with expected duration of approximately 1 month. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day efficient operation of the department
  • Perform a variety of general office support duties; make copies; scanning documents
  • Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, and facsimile machine: utilize various computer applications and software packages
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education certificate (GED), required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, required
  • Able to bend and do some light lifting of files in crates 
  • Careful attention to detail and time management skills are essential
  • Cooperative attitude
  • Must be able to work approximately 9 AM-3 PM Monday through Friday (25 hours/week) for at least 1 month
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
