Responsible for reviewing accuracy of all data input for keys fields for all loan types on core system. Accuracy of maintenance to loan accounts and posting advances. Accurately and timely preparing and reviewing reports to validate key data fields and accuracy of payment coding on core system. Key contact for customer service for internal as well as external customers. Accurately preparing payoff statements and reviewing payoff transactions. Assist with other servicing requirements of department such as participations, shared national credits, credit bureau disputes and credit inquiries.
