The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of branch operations and is accountable for customer satisfaction, ensuring the branch is compliant with all bank policies and procedures, and adherence to all bank objectives and practices. Will have the responsibility for retaining and expanding customer relationships, will solicit new retail bank business from existing and prospective customers. This position will make deposit product recommendations based on customer suitability and ensure compliance with related policies and regulations in order to effectively serve customers and increase Bank’s market share.
