Responsible for reviewing accuracy of all data input for keys fields for all loan types on core system. Accuracy of maintenance to loan accounts and posting advances. Accurately and timely preparing and reviewing reports to validate key data fields and accuracy of payment coding on core system. Key contact for customer service for internal as well as external customers. Accurately preparing payoff statements and reviewing payoff transactions. Assist with other servicing requirements of department such as participations, shared national credits, credit bureau disputes and credit inquiries.


  • Review all loan types and maintenance for data input accuracy on the core system.
  • Accurately review loan mainenance for errors identified.
  • Accurately review of advances for loans on the core system.
  • Timely and accurately quoting requested payoff inquiries as well as data accuracy of posted payoff transactions.
  • Proper servicing and reporting for the banks participations and Shared National Credits.
  • Timely and accurately reporting and responding to credit bureau disputes.
  • Review data input of transaction code accuracy for loan payments processed.
  • Delivering good customer service to internal as well as external customers.
  • Prepare accurately and timely Credit Inquiry requests sent to the bank.
  • Other job related duties as assigned


  • 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Possesses the ability to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing
  • Motivated self-starter and an active learner.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
