Complete a variety of tasks associated with the servicing and support of existing loans, including: timely and accuracy of daily maintenance to existing loan accounts and ensuring proper support documentation for all such requests are received, processing all incoming wire requests for loan payments and payoffs, daily index rate monitoring, research requests, incoming customers service calls, backup other functions within department when needed.  


  • Process all maintenance loan requests to Jack Henry/Silverlake system ensuring proper loan authority and documentation support is received prior to making changes.
  • Generate and input parameter change requests for loan rate index changes.
  • Communicate with lending staff any issues relating to customer inquiries or maintenance requests.
  • Process all insurance advances to appropriate loan account(s) and issue check to vendor as requested.
  • Accuracy in processing loan payments, loan reversals and payoffs received via incoming wire.  Also assist with processing payment and payoffs received via mail when necessary.
  • Assist the Loan Operations department and lending staff on research, customer service and system maintenance that may be needed on loans.
  • Cross train on other functions within Loan Servicing to be a resource when needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent education certificate (GED)
  • 2 - 5 years general banking knowledge
  • 1 – 3 years commercial loan processing and/or servicing
  • Should be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to take direction
  • Professional demeanor, cooperative attitude, strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of commercial loan servicing  core systems
  • Working knowledge of loan compliance regulations
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
