The Talent Acquisition Senior Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: screening and interviewing applicants using creative internal and external sourcing methods to recommend placement of talented candidates. The role will specialize in recruiting our revenue driving positions for our Mortgage and Lending side of the business.
