This position is responsible for leading the Treasury Support Team while providing support for Treasury Management Clients and the internal Treasury Management Sales organization.  The Treasury Managegment Support Manager Monitors responses to client requests in a timely fashion and must ensure follow-up is completed within established departmental guidelines.  The person hired will also work to identify the cause of errors and escalates issues as appropriate. 


  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Treasury products, services and systems
  • Trains Treasury Support staff on Treasury supported products
  • Monitor Treasury Support SLA’s making sure responses are communicated timely
  • Perform testing of ACH file uploads, (both CSV and NACHA formats) as needed
  • Perform testing of Positive Pay issue file uploads as needed
  • Ongoing support on Remote Deposit Capture
  • Provides Client Training on various Treasury Products as needed
  • Responsible for updating implementation and verification procedures as needed
  • Prepare month end Treasury Support activity reports for management
  • Works on special projects as needed


  • 5 years Banking experience or course work required
  • Some college preferred
  • 3 Years of Treasury Cash Management experience required
  • 3 Years Management experience
  • Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience supporting and testing Treasury products, services and systems
  • Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury products. e. formats, transaction flows, file transmission
  • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Able to establish positive working relationships
  • Effective Communication both written and verbal
  • Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Visio a plus
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
