This position is responsible for leading the Treasury Support Team while providing support for Treasury Management Clients and the internal Treasury Management Sales organization. The Treasury Managegment Support Manager Monitors responses to client requests in a timely fashion and must ensure follow-up is completed within established departmental guidelines. The person hired will also work to identify the cause of errors and escalates issues as appropriate.
