Under general direction, provide clerical, administrative and analytical support to the Bank’s EVP-Corporate Responsibility/ EVP-Chief Financial Officer and EVP-Chief Credit Officer.  


  • Answer phones and handle calls/messages appropriately
  • Work closely with other Executive Assistants in the Chairman’s Suite
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and employees with questions
  • Coordinate the receipt and distribution of loan packages to the Executive Team
  • Perform analysis and generate reports as requested by the Executive Team
  • Prepare and distribute documents including correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations including graphics and charts
  • Planning and managing meetings; participating in meetings as requested; preparing and distributing notes
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for earnings calls, investor relations meetings, and investor presentations
  • Make travel arrangements (e.g. airline, ground transportation and hotel reservations, etc.)
  • Communicate with Non-Profit Partners as directed by Head of Corporate Responsibility
  • Coordinate Department head meetings and follow up as directed
  • Prepare and submit expense reimbursements
  • Perform other general administrative job related tasks


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other business related major
  • 5+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in a bank environment
  • Detail oriented with polished professional image
  • Must be self-starter and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must maintain and protect highly confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
  • Team player with excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
