As the department's Retail and Integration Solutions Analyst, this position will work to ensure our technical infrastructure systems are operating as expected by performing routine monitoring and maintenance activities. These activities include: Executing checklists, Monitoring system administrative consoles for status and errors, Reviewing error logs for exceptions, Running administrative reports to monitor results and status, Cross-checking system for consistency, Remediating Level 1 & Level 2 issues, Escalating Level 2 & Level 3 issues to Network Engineering personnel, Maintaining maintenance and configuration documentation. Ideal incumbent will have a desire to focus more on the business and operations activities than exclusively the technical activities. 


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain checklists, and execute checklists on required intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, etc), to ensure all operational activities are being executed as required.
  • Work with Management, Engineering, and Service Desk to set up checklists for specific tasks on required intervals, and parameters to execute the tasks.
  • Monitor and work the checklists on a daily basis, making sure all tasks are executed within required intervals.
  • Provide daily summary reports to management as to the status of checklist activities (errors, exceptions, etc).
  • Monitor administrative consoles of infrastructure systems, looking for coverage, consistency, status, and error exceptions.
  • Review infrastructure system logs for errors and exceptions.
  • Run regular administrative reports to monitor for results, status, and exceptions, work exceptions, distribute to appropriate recipients.
  • Administration reporting on above-mentioned infrastructure systems.
  • Remediate most Level 1 & Level 2 issues uncovered during the monitoring of infrastructure systems, per established procedures.
  • Escalate a minimal number of Level 2 & Level 3 issues to Network Engineering personnel for remediation.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation of configuration information for infrastructure systems.
  • Maintain support & maintenance contract information for infrastructure systems.
  • Organize and maintain in appropriate spreadsheets or other methods.
  • Work with management and vendors to keep coverage in place.
  • Monitor for renewal dates.
  • Participate in departmental meetings as a contributing member.
  • Work closely with manager to monitor and adjust priorities and work flow.
  • Keep other team members and manager updated with any problems encountered, particularly as they relate to customer service, due dates, or security issues.
  • Demonstrate dependable and consistent attendance by working shift as assigned, and being at workstation during assigned scheduled times.
  • This list includes the key activities. Other job-related duties will be added and modified as needed.


  • 90% - Create and Maintain Checklist and Execute Operational Tasks
  • 10% - Create and Maintain Procedural Documentation and Generate Reports

Periodic Responsibilities:

  • Report writing and execution for department and management.

  • Review of existing workflows with departments to verify use and validity, cleanup as needed.

  • Training and professional development.



  • High school degree is required
  • Some College/University or trade school degree in technology strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience required.
  • Technical familiarity with, and experience using and operating in a Microsoft Windows network environment.

  • Experience using administrator consoles to maintain enterprise software.

  • Prior technical Help Desk or Network Administration experience helpful.

  • Prior Banking industry experience is a plus, especially as it pertains to line-of-business application usage and/or customer service.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organization skills, ability to organize and follow work procedures.

  • Advanced level of skill in Excel and ability to model and analyze data using Excel.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interest in learning technology in a business environment.

  • Belief in providing exceptional customer service and possessing the skills required to do so.

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and understand the needs of customers who may be unable to express their requirements in purely technical terminology.

  • Ability to work independently and a willingness to be a team player and contribute to the overall success of the department and company.

  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
