As the department's Retail and Integration Solutions Analyst, this position will work to ensure our technical infrastructure systems are operating as expected by performing routine monitoring and maintenance activities. These activities include: Executing checklists, Monitoring system administrative consoles for status and errors, Reviewing error logs for exceptions, Running administrative reports to monitor results and status, Cross-checking system for consistency, Remediating Level 1 & Level 2 issues, Escalating Level 2 & Level 3 issues to Network Engineering personnel, Maintaining maintenance and configuration documentation. Ideal incumbent will have a desire to focus more on the business and operations activities than exclusively the technical activities.
Report writing and execution for department and management.
Review of existing workflows with departments to verify use and validity, cleanup as needed.
Training and professional development.
Technical familiarity with, and experience using and operating in a Microsoft Windows network environment.
Experience using administrator consoles to maintain enterprise software.
Prior technical Help Desk or Network Administration experience helpful.
Prior Banking industry experience is a plus, especially as it pertains to line-of-business application usage and/or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills, ability to organize and follow work procedures.
Advanced level of skill in Excel and ability to model and analyze data using Excel.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong interest in learning technology in a business environment.
Belief in providing exceptional customer service and possessing the skills required to do so.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and understand the needs of customers who may be unable to express their requirements in purely technical terminology.
Ability to work independently and a willingness to be a team player and contribute to the overall success of the department and company.
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
