The Project Manager will coordinate, direct and implement projects and transformation activities to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance to the bank. The Project Manager partners with interdepartmental management teams, and their staff to analyze and address business needs and/or deficiencies involving the Bank’s processes, products, services, and/or technology. This is based on alignment with strategic goals and business strategy, and maintaining high standards of project management and service quality while meeting customers’ needs in the most cost effective manner. The position may also lead and direct the work of others in a cross-functional team environment.
