    The Client Services Coordinator will provide support to a Financial Advisor along with helping to build member relationships. This position is ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and working with technology and people. Daily office administration duties include overseeing appointments setting and schedules, and processing deposits and transactions. This position will work directly with clients on a very personal and confidential level.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for support and coordination of all activities related to client service, processing of paperwork and coordination of business development activities, as well as for a contribution to sales if appropriately licensed
    • Assist in the development of a book of business through effective prospecting and client relationships
    • Resource on a wide array of products to support clients’ financial needs
    • Open new investment accounts, preparation of life insurance applications, client, developing financial plans
    • Involvement in active client interaction to provide platinum level service
    • Create and prepare paperwork for account and contracts
    • Input client data, maintain client files and data
    • Help in preparation for audits and regulatory visits
    • Perform other job related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent education, required
    • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience, required
    • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required
    • Some college, Preferred
    • Experience providing assistance to financial advisors, preferred
    • Experience is a support, sales, or administrative capacity, preferably in a financial service or sales environment, preferred
    • The aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry
    • Ability to deepen existing client relationships
    • Ability to adapt to changing work environment
    • Must have reliable attendance
    • Meticulous attention to detail and time management
    • Ability to self-manage to complete a project or complete a process
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
