    The Loan Servicing Coordinator I is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the servicing and support of existing loans. The person hired will perform general loan operation functions including accurate maintenance of booked loans, accurately and timely processing of all loan payments and payoffs, incoming customer calls, backup other function within department as needed.     


    • Accurately and timely processing of all incoming payment and payoffs
    • Accurately and timely processing of all online, AFT and ACH transaction.
    • Accurately and timely processing for internal and external payoff requests
    • Ensure customer inquiry requests are handled in a timely manner and according to the banks procedures
    • Assist Manager with tasks associated with the bank mergers and acquisitions
    • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed


    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 + years Loan Servicing experience in a banking environment
    • Professional demeanor, cooperative attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
    • Must have the skills necessary to operate various office equipment, such as, but not limited to, fax machine, copy machine, etc.
    • Working knowledge of loan compliance regulations.
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
    • Ability to prioritize work to meet required deadlines.
    • Organized and able to acclimate new work into existing flows
    • Ability to work assigned schedule and have reliable attendance
    • Ability to adapt to changing work environment
    • The ideal candidate has careful attention to detail and time management, and is a Team player
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
