    This individual will bring a strong business foundation and financial acumen to a group who supports our organizations marketing and communications strategy; including corporate website initiatives, marketing automation, social media, email and video marketing execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating, curating and managing content, design, promotion and strategy in line with Bank culture and initiatives
    • Measuring, analyzing, reporting and monitoring KPIs as they relate to business development, conversion, retention, SEO/SEM, industry trends and best practices
    • Monitoring and responding to customer experience and engagement
    • Managing editorial and publication calendar
    • Evaluating, learning and implement emerging technologies and tools to support wide-ranging initiatives
    • Working with Information Security to mitigate risk, protect brand and reputation
    • Maintaining regulatory compliance –UDAAP, Truth in Lending, Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations
    • All other job-related duties as assigned
    • Assist in the development of assets and processes that support far-reaching Departmental objectives and goals

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
    • Must be a creative, innovative and data-driven thinker with strong analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Create engaging content and clear cross channel communications - wordsmithing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platform mgmt. and monitoring (Hootsuite),
    • Experience managing paid social, and e-mail marketing (SendGrid or comparable services)
    • Familiarity with CMS and web tools, basic HTML or generic WSWYG editor
    • Financial services experience preferred
    • Knowledgeable of TM and copyrights laws
    • Team player with strong desire to collaborate
    • Strategic, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, deadline driven
    • Highly motivated and well-organized self-starter
    • 3 years of digital marketing and communications experience
    • Some driving and travel required 
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
