    This position is responsible for the management of a Specialty Treasury & Liquidity Portfolio and selling Treasury and Liquidity Solutions to new and existing clients for the primary purpose of generating stable funding for the bank and generating additional treasury fee income. Identifying new deposit rich industries, building out the required program for each new industry, identifying new prospective clients and selling to the prospective clients.  Ensuring Risk Management is a key objective in acquiring and managing clients and also in the development of any new industries. 

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for achieving annual sales/deposit goals for clients residing in the Specialty Treasury & Liquidity industries.
    • Develop and execute a strategy to identify new clients in existing targeted industries that will generate new deposits & fee income.
    • Serve as the Specialty Treasury & Liquidity expert for all identified industries.
    • Develop a strong networking circle to develop new business.
    • Responsible for understanding IBTX product offerings associated with all industries.
    • Generate and/or support new ideas for Specialty Treasury & Liquidity products and services.
    • Support the development and maintenance of proper procedures, policies, and systems to assure Bank Policy Compliance.
    • Manage all areas of risk relating to operational procedures, credit, fraud, bank reputation and to ensure bank and clients are compliant with all federal regulations.
    • Other Special Projects that may be assigned.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • College degree in related field
    • Solid knowledge of overall banking operations and services with a specific focus on Liquidity and Treasury solutions
    • Minimum 10 years of Liquidity/Treasury experience
    • Results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve organizational and business/sales goals and objectives
    • Proven sales and portfolio management skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Travel required as necessary
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) accreditation Preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
