    Primary responsibilities include all aspects of portfolio management as relates to assigned portfolio clients, as well as expanding customer base through deposit and portfolio growth objectives; functioning as the subject matter expert on assigned Specialty sales opportunities across all markets; supporting Specialty Treasury Sales Officers in managing and growing client relationships. Additional responsibilities will include managing daily inquiries and becoming the point of contact for clients.


    • Manage portfolio of specialized industry clients which may include: Broker Dealer, Segregated Investment accounts, Corresponding
    • Banks, Trust accounts, Title Companies and others yet to be developed.
    • Grow, develop and retain new profitable relationships within the assigned specialty vertical
    • Optimize portfolio revenue opportunities and deposit growth across products and services
    • Partner with teammates and other banking professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client that result in a highly satisfied client experience
    • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned specialty vertical
    • Partner with Treasury Sales Officers and other partners to develop business opportunities for assigned specialty vertical in all markets
    • Actively participate in research, preparation, and execution of customer calls
    • Lead discussions with product partners to develop comprehensive solutions
    • Facilitate the onboarding of specialty clients through preparation/execution of treasury management service agreements and review of entity documents to ensure compliance with bank procedures and policies
    • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing
    • Perform annual client review and required due diligence
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with operational, regulatory and fraud policies to mitigate risk within the specialty client portfolio


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
    • Treasury Management training and knowledge
    • 7 or more years of related experience required within financial industry
    • Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Previous experience supporting Treasury products, services and systems
    • Ability to market and develop new business opportunities
    • Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CTP certification preferred
    • Exhibit professional attitude and appearance
    • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
    • Demonstrated ability to recognize a client’s needs and apply appropriate banking solutions
    • Ability to navigate and meet deadlines in a large complex environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to influence internal networks and resources
