    Primary responsibilities include all aspects of portfolio management related to assigned portfolio of clients, as well as expanding customer base through deposit and portfolio growth objectives; functioning as the lead on smaller sales opportunities and as backup to Treasury Sales Officers on larger clients; supporting Treasury Sales Officers in managing their client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing daily inquiries and becoming the point of contact for clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day to day treasury client relationship and keep internal team informed
    • Retain existing revenue and seek opportunities to deepen solutions
    • Optimize portfolio revenue opportunities and deposit growth across products and services
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis and regular client interaction
    • Monitor revenue on closed deals to ensure revenue realization
    • Respond to all client and partner requests in a timely manner and keep stakeholders up-to-date on progress
    • Manage additional requests or modifications to existing client structure and services
    • Maintain a strong working relationship with the client team, including sales, implementation, support and relationship manager/lender
    • Ensure service and fulfillment related requests/inquiries are directed to the appropriate teams and result in a highly satisfied client experience
    • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing
    • Assist Treasury Sales Officers with research, preparation, and delivery of proposals
    • Attend complex implementation calls as required; escalate potential roadblocks early
    • Coordinate annual review of top clients
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with operational, regulatory and fraud policies to mitigate risk within the client portfolio

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
    • 3 - 4 years of related experience within treasury management or financial industry
    • Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
    • Previous experience supporting Treasury products, services and systems
    • Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • May be required to travel to/from branch offices, corporate office and other facilities

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
    • Strong client facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners via phone/virtually
    • Ability to navigate and meet deadlines in a large complex environment
    • Effective communication with client and internal business partners, both written and verbal
