    This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Audit, Risk, and Revenue area of Treasury Management with analyzing data and completing time sensitive projects.


    • Responds with high degree of professionalism to customers, branches, and other internal personnel
    • Orchestrates appropriate communication to educate internal and external customers in regards to specific issues and/or violations and provides periodic updates to the Audit & Risk Department on the status.
    • Assist with RDC & ACH Site and Self-Assessment mailings and tracking
    • Assist with RDC, ACH, and Online Wire Annual Limit Reviews
    • Assist with ACH Return Rate Tracking and NOC Violation Tracking & Customer Notification
    • Assist with Account Analysis exception report
    • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
    • Assist with generating monthly ACH billing files
    • Review and process incoming refund requests
    • Assist with monthly Account Analysis billing process when needed
    • Perform additional duties as assigned


    • High school diploma or equivalent education certificate (GED)
    • Some college preferred
    • 1-2 years previous banking experience, required
    • 1+ year(s) experience in branch operations opening new accounts, preferred
    • Knowledge of business account titling and documentation is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of current ACH regulations preferred
    • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Online Banking, Account Analysis, Remote Deposit, electronic payments and collections
    • Ability to obtain, analyze, and synthesize information logically
    • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and Pivot Tables preferred
    • Must possess effective communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Must be able to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
