    This position is responsible for new business development and maintaining customer relationships in a defined territory.  The Territory Director (TD) is responsible for marketing general equipment finance and leasing opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The TD will develop direct financing relationships with non-bank clients whose annual revenues are between $5MM – $750MM.  Additionally, the TD will work with Independent Bank Lending Officers within their territory to identify equipment financing opportunities from within the banks current customer and prospect bases.  The TD will work cooperatively with internal staff to submit, credit approve, document and fund transactions ranging from $100M to $10MM+. This position carries an annual budget of $30+ Million


    • 10+ years of successful sales experience gained through equipment lease origination.
    • Working knowledge of single investor tax, TRAC, operating, synthetic, and debt transactions.
    • Experience with tax-exempt products is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the assigned territory.
    • Adept in the use of relevant computer software programs and tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, MIS) or equivalent experience required



    • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, for reports analysis and presentations
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task and who can work independently with minimal supervision
    • Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
    • Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships

    • Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
    • Superior problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
