  • Overview

    This position will provide administrative support to the Mortgage Production staff.  This person will also have an NMLS# and will originate loans as well.  Will assist in Sales and Marketing when needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists all upper level management on their loan pipelines.
    • Help MLO’s in pre-qualification and deal placement
    • Stacking and organizing files to prepare them for processing.
    • Assist in Sales and Marketing when needed
    • As requested, organize and/or support various organizational initiatives related to special projects
    • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • 12 months or more in a Mortgage production/administrative support role.  Previous MLO experience preferred.

    • Superior organization skills
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
    • Prioritization, time management, and effective follow-up skills
    • Ability to change priorities and adjust to rapidly changing environment
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to perform with little direct supervision
    • Ability to work in a very busy, multi-task, dynamic environment
    • Ability to function as an effective team member.
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
