    Under general direction, provide clerical, administrative, and loan documentation support in the Loan Operations area. Provide a high quality customer service to all lending and depository customers. Incumbent is responsible for a variety of complex lending transactions and various customer relationships.


    • Review commercial real estate loan documentation prior to closing for compliance and federal regulations and adherence to bank lending policy
    • Review of Closing Cost Statements for compliance and accuracy
    • Communicate with lending staff, title companies and real estate attorneys to properly review and prepare loan documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions
    • Coordinate loan documentation with various parties including title companies, attorneys, and appraisers
    • Review closing documents for funding and create tickets for loan funding.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance
    • Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and security of customers and bank assets. This includes, but is not limited to; legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures
    • Prepare Loan Estimates and preliminary disclosures 
    • Order ESA studies and review ESA for commercial loans.
    • Complete the HMDA worksheet when needed
    • Provide appropriate assistance to lending staff
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High school graduate or equivalent education certificate (GED)
    • Some college course work preferred
    • 3 + years experience in real estate loan documentation knowledge required
    • Experience auditing loans is preferred
    • Experience in real estate loan funding preferred
    • Previous real estate loan compliance preferred
    • Must have good communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and be self motivated with a cooperative attitude
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
    • Experience in supporting real estate lending required
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
