    Overview
    The Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Program Manager will be responsible for helping to develop and mature the Bank's BCP\DR program. Responsible for updating and maintaining the plan and supporting the departments in developing and maintaining their plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Business Continuity Plan development.
    • Responsible for developing, testing, and reporting business continuity plans.
    • Incident and Event Management.
    • Responsible for management of audit oversight.
    • Departmental support for business continuity programs.
    • Develop, manage, & train business continuity content and deliver to department and branch management.
    • Scheduling and tracking BCP\DR testing and reporting to the appropriate committees on BCP related activities.
    • Responsible for conducting several business continuity tests for critical applications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • 3-5 years Business Continuity and Technology Risk experience.
    • Proven Leadership, with an accomplished record of establishing and maturing business continuity and resiliency programs.
    • Experienced in providing strategic oversights while achieving excellent outcomes
    • Expertise in IT risk program development, business continuity planning, incident management, cyber security incident response planning, simulation testing and training, disaster recovery development, and regulatory compliance.
    • Leverages a strong ability to inspire and communicate complex issues at a strategic level to drive results
    • Business Continuity Certifications- Preferred.
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of FFIEC Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
